We want to keep our daily quality, increase our range, get more and more customers and grow our exports. We really want to continue our dynamics and history of growth, but in a safe way and with all the quality we have always demonstrated.

Our clients are different and varied. We sell through the HoReCa distribution channels, door to door and to retail customers. We serve in our shops and also in others that wish to have our products.
Growth continues, this time with a new concept. We founded the Espaço Chafariz in the centre of Vila Verde. This new home is different from the other shops we have.
This year we started our export route to France, with products such as cavacas (Iight crispy cake), rice cakes, assorted pastries, among others.
With new knowledge acquired, two more projects emerged: the change of facilities from the first shop to the company headquarters followed by the opening of the now 6th sales counter in Lage, Vila Verde.
With the sustained and continuous growth of the company and the desire to be present beyond our county, we began selling through the HoReCa distribution channels, several packaged products. Today we have four salesmen who assure the needs of our clients in different areas. (Monção, Valença, Vila Nova de Cerveira, Caminha, Vila Praia de Âncora, Viana do Castelo, Esposende, Apúlia, Vila do Conde, Braga, Ponte de Lima, Vila Verde, Gerês, Barcelos, Póvoa de Lanhoso, Vieira do Minho)
In 2006, as a result of a great growth that the company has registered, the new factory is inaugurated. It is located in Portela das Cabras, and it has the best pastry and bakery equipments.
Between these years our project is growing again with the opening of three new pastry shops in the areas of ??Vila Verde and Amares.
This year there is a real "turning point". Mr. Manuel handed over his business and know how to his children. This change of testimony led to the creation of a new factory for the production of pastry and bakery products.

It was in the beginning of the year 2000 that we opened the second sales counter with coffee shop and pastry services in the area of Pico de Regalados.
It was a very important year. We added to the production, the manufacture of pastry.
The business was growing thanks to the recognized quality and from that time on, the company began its investment, initially by transferring its production unit, as well as the sales counter to Portela das Cabras in 1973.
It was in the decade of 1960, in 1968, by the hands of Mr. Manuel Vieira de Sousa, that our history began to be built. Deeply acquainted with the branch of bakery, the businessman installed and equipped a factory and a sales counter to the public in S. Julião de Freixo. Besides its own manufacture, he was present at fairs and sold bakery products in several parishes in the municipality.
